According to reports, this super-large sapphire crystal was independently developed by Inner Mongolia Crystal Ring Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. and successfully came out on June 9. The crystal appearance regular, transparent, no cracks, no grain boundaries, less bubbles, can be applied to the LED 4 inch crystal rod effective length of about 3400mm. It took less than seven months from the beginning of research and development to the successful crystal growth, and successfully solved a series of key technical problems in the growth of large-size sapphire crystals.

It is reported that the crystal grown by ring electrons this time is of domestic size * * *, and it is one of the few companies in the world that have mastered the 300kg-grade bubble growth sapphire crystal growth technology.
